Surah Al-Ankabut, verse 62

ٱللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ ﴿٦٢﴾
29:62 Allah extends provision to whom He wills of His slaves or restricts it. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing of everything
