Surah Al-Araf, verse 102

وَمَا وَجَدْنَا لِأَكْثَرِهِم مِّنْ عَهْدٍ ۖ وَإِن وَجَدْنَآ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَفَـٰسِقِينَ ﴿١٠٢﴾
7:102 We did not find most of them committed to their covenant; rather We found most of them rebellious
