Surah Al-Araf, verse 99

أَفَأَمِنُوا۟ مَكْرَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ فَلَا يَأْمَنُ مَكْرَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلْقَوْمُ ٱلْخَـٰسِرُونَ ﴿٩٩﴾
7:99 Do they feel secure from the plan of Allah? None can feel secure from the plan of Allah except the people who are losers
