Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 227

وَإِنْ عَزَمُوا۟ ٱلطَّلَـٰقَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ ﴿٢٢٧﴾
2:227 But if they are determined to divorce, then Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing
