Surah Al-Hajj, verse 16

وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ ءَايَـٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَـٰتٍ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَهْدِى مَن يُرِيدُ ﴿١٦﴾
22:16 This is how We sent down this [Qur’an] as clear verses, and Allah guides whom He wills
