Surah Al-Haqqah, verse 25

وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِىَ كِتَـٰبَهُۥ بِشِمَالِهِۦ فَيَقُولُ يَـٰلَيْتَنِى لَمْ أُوتَ كِتَـٰبِيَهْ ﴿٢٥﴾
69:25 As for the one who is given his Record in his left hand, he will say, “Would that I had not been given my Record
