Surah Al-Imran, verse 82

فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ ﴿٨٢﴾
3:82 Whoever turns away after this, it is they who are the rebellious
