Surah Al-Isra, verse 30

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرًۢا بَصِيرًا ﴿٣٠﴾
17:30 Your Lord extends provision to whom He wills or restricts it. He is All-Aware and All-Seeing of His slaves
