Surah Al-Jumuah, verse 4

ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ ﴿٤﴾
62:4 That is the bounty of Allah that He gives to whom He wills, for Allah is the Lord of great bounty
