Surah Al-Masadسورة المسد
The Palm Fibre. Meccan, 5 verses. Starts in Juz 30, page 603.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
تَبَّتْ يَدَآ أَبِى لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ ﴿١﴾
111:1 May the hands of Abu Lahab perish, and may he perish
مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ ﴿٢﴾
111:2 Neither his wealth nor his worldly gains will avail him
سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ ﴿٣﴾
111:3 He will burn in a Flaming Fire
وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلْحَطَبِ ﴿٤﴾
111:4 and so will his wife, the carrier of firewood
فِى جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌ مِّن مَّسَدٍۭ ﴿٥﴾
111:5 around her neck will be a rope of palm fiber
