Surah Al-Munafiqun, verse 3

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ءَامَنُوا۟ ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا۟ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ ﴿٣﴾
63:3 That is because they believed, then disbelieved; therefore their hearts have been sealed, so they do not understand
