Surah Al-Qalam, verse 43

خَـٰشِعَةً أَبْصَـٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ۖ وَقَدْ كَانُوا۟ يُدْعَوْنَ إِلَى ٱلسُّجُودِ وَهُمْ سَـٰلِمُونَ ﴿٤٣﴾
68:43 Their eyes will be downcast, overwhelmed with humiliation, for they were invited to prostrate when they were capable [but they refused]
