Surah Al-Qalam, verse 7

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ ﴿٧﴾
68:7 Indeed, your Lord alone knows best who has strayed from His way and those who are rightly guided
