Surah An-Nahl, verse 108

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَـٰرِهِمْ ۖ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْغَـٰفِلُونَ ﴿١٠٨﴾
16:108 These are the ones whose hearts, hearing and sight are sealed up by Allah; it is they who are the heedless
