Surah An-Naml, verse 11

إِلَّا مَن ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسْنًۢا بَعْدَ سُوٓءٍ فَإِنِّى غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ﴿١١﴾
27:11 except he who does wrong, then substitutes good for evil, then I am indeed All-Forgiving, Most Merciful
