Surah An-Naml, verse 32

قَالَتْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْمَلَؤُا۟ أَفْتُونِى فِىٓ أَمْرِى مَا كُنتُ قَاطِعَةً أَمْرًا حَتَّىٰ تَشْهَدُونِ ﴿٣٢﴾
27:32 She said, “O chiefs, advice me in this matter of mine, for I would make no decision without your consent.”
