Surah An-Nisa, verse 4

وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلنِّسَآءَ صَدُقَـٰتِهِنَّ نِحْلَةً ۚ فَإِن طِبْنَ لَكُمْ عَن شَىْءٍ مِّنْهُ نَفْسًا فَكُلُوهُ هَنِيٓـًٔا مَّرِيٓـًٔا ﴿٤﴾
4:4 Give women their marriage dowries graciously. However, if they waive to you part of it willingly, then enjoy it with a clear conscience
