Surah At-Takwir, verse 29

وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾
81:29 But you cannot wish except by the Will of Allah, the Lord of the worlds
