Surah At-Tawbah, verse 10

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ﴿١٠﴾
9:10 They do not honor the ties of kinship or treaties with regard to the believers. It is they who are the transgressors
