Surah At-Tawbah, verse 2

فَسِيحُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِى ٱللَّهِ ۙ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْزِى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ﴿٢﴾
9:2 “Therefore move freely in the land for four months, but know that you cannot escape Allah, and that Allah will humiliate the disbelievers.”
