Surah At-Tawbah, verse 27

ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ﴿٢٧﴾
9:27 Then afterwards, Allah will accept repentance of whom He wills, for Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful
