Surah At-Tawbah, verse 87

رَضُوا۟ بِأَن يَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْخَوَالِفِ وَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ ﴿٨٧﴾
9:87 They are content to be with those helpless who stay behind; their hearts have been sealed, so that they do not understand
