Surah Az-Zukhruf, verse 18

أَوَمَن يُنَشَّؤُا۟ فِى ٱلْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِى ٱلْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ ﴿١٨﴾
43:18 Or [do they ascribe to Allah] one who is brought up in ornaments and is not able to present a clear argument in disputation
