Surah Yasin, verse 50

فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ تَوْصِيَةً وَلَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِمْ يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿٥٠﴾
36:50 Then they will not be able to make a will, nor will they be able to return to their households
