Surah Ad-Dukhan, verse 14

ثُمَّ تَوَلَّوْا۟ عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا۟ مُعَلَّمٌ مَّجْنُونٌ ﴿١٤﴾
44:14 Then they turned away from him and said, “[He is] a madman, taught by others.”
