Surah Al-Ala, verse 7

إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَعْلَمُ ٱلْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ ﴿٧﴾
87:7 except what Allah wills, for indeed He knows what is manifest and what is hidden
