Surah Ad-Dukhan, verse 42

إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ﴿٤٢﴾
44:42 except those to whom Allah shows mercy. He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful
